We provide delivery services throughout the United States, but the specific delivery scope depends on the delivery address, product restrictions, and the carrier's actual service capabilities.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
- When the order product amount is less than $69.99, a $7.99 shipping fee applies.
- When the order product amount reaches or exceeds $69.99, free shipping applies.
Order processing time is usually 1-3 business days after the order is successfully submitted and necessary payment confirmation is completed. The estimated shipping time after product dispatch is 5-8 business days. The above times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery time may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, or other factors.
Depending on the actual order circumstances, we may use carriers such as FedEx, DHL Express, or UPS. The carrier used for a specific order is subject to the actual logistics information for that order. After an order is shipped, you can check the delivery status through the logistics tracking information provided in the shipping notification. Logistics information may not update immediately after shipment.
